Dear Justin,

Just a letter to tell you “Thank You” for all the idea’s and technology you bring to our company’s website.  We went thru a lot  website people that all promised us all these things they were going to do for us, and all the updates upon request. They all knew we were in the auction business and needed things , sometimes up in a hurry. The usual response was “no problem.” Well it was always a problem. Most of the time calls weren’t returned and broken promises made. It was so bad one time I went to one gentlemen’s office and it wasn’t even his office.

Long story short we do “thank you” for always responding in a more than timely fashion, giving us suggestions that we never would of thought of, and keeping our presence on the web at a cutting edge.

I do, and always recommend you and your company to anyone who wants to move up in class on their website and design. You have great ideas and a super knowledge of what needs to be where and all the workings’ of websites that I don’t have time to think of or take time to investigate as running my business takes all my time.

You’re a great comfort factor to myself and all of us here at Duckwall& Co., Inc., knowing that we have a “go to guy”  that will be there when we call and always fix our problems as they will always arise. Thanks for the years of hard work you have done for us.
